ABOUT THE PROCESS
How do we operate in Schools
We are available to present our services to your kindergarten or school, either in person or virtually. If there is a good match between your establishment’s and Speechcare’s vision and approach, we proceed with the following steps:.
SLT Assignment
A dedicated Speech and Language Therapist (SLT) is assigned to your premises, provided with a private room to conduct their activities according to a pre-agreed schedule.
Staff Training
The SLT conducts regular, no-cost training sessions for school staff to help them identify Communication, Language, and Speech (CLS) problems early on.
Free Screening
Identified children are screened at no cost. If a specific problem is detected, parental consent is obtained to conduct a detailed evaluation.
Classroom Support
The SLT collaborates with teachers to create a supportive classroom environment, ensuring that the child’s CLS difficulties are effectively addressed, thereby enhancing their social and academic success.

Why Early Intervention Matters
Ineffective early intervention profoundly affects children’s learning success and well-being
Starting behind in the early years means staying behind – for individual children and for an education system as a whole. A child’s development in the first few years of life significantly predicts his or her later success in education and ongoing levels of happiness and well-being.
